The new frame is coming along nicely!!

Dave Wages at Ellis Cycles has been doing more work on my new frame the past two days.

There are more pictures on his blog.

It is coming out nicer than I could have ever hoped for. Wow!

Dave is doing some wonderful work.
In this series of pictures is an interesting feature. I am not very flexible, specially in the hamstrings. So Dave designed the frame to have a more upright riding position by extending the height of the head tube. You can see he brazes on an extension for the top lug to match the height of the head tube. Very well executed.

I wonder what will be here (or done) first, your baby or mine... Mine will be no later then the 4th-not sure the gestation period of a custom built bike, but yours is coming along pretty quick!
