Four below.

What a morning.
Four below (that's -20C) was the morning temperature for my ride into work. The scenery was unbelievable this morning. I enjoyed it immensely.

Share the joy.

Beautiful! I guess this makes starting your commute at the coldest time of day a little easier.

Can't say I miss sub-zero weather, though I'm sure I'd re-acclimate.

Yes, nice picture. How long is your ride to work?

@Micheal Blue

Between 6.5 - 8.0 miles depending on which way I go in the morning. I often take a longer way home. So far this year I've been averaging 20 miles a day.

Amazing! Commuting most of the week by bike as well here in Germany. -7 degrees Celsius was the lowest this year... and never ever I had such a BEAUTIFUL sky whilst riding. Enjoyes your pic and I do enjoy your blog.
Kind regards from Cologne, Tom

1/2 inch your biggest snow? (or is it 1-2 inches?) We had about four inches here during the week. 'Course it only lasted half a day since it got up to 52F/11C by afternoon.

Doug, come out to Portland for winter biking! ;-)
